1. Who we are

CoolSticker AI ("we", "us") operates www.coolstickerlab.com, a service that turns a photo you upload into a sheet of stickers. Contact: hello@coolsticker.one.

2. What we collect

Account data. When you sign in with Google or an email link we receive your email address and, for Google, your name and profile picture. We use these only to identify your account.

Photos you upload. The photo is resized on your device, sent once to our image-generation provider to create your sticker sheet, and the resulting sheet is stored in your private account so you can download it again. We do not use your photos to train any model, and we do not share them with anyone other than the processing provider described below.

Payment data. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we store only a Stripe customer reference and the fact that a purchase was made.

Usage and technical data. IP address, device and browser information, and a device fingerprint are used to prevent abuse of free credits. If you arrived from an advertisement we store the campaign parameters (UTM) to measure which ads work. We may use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel for the same purpose.

3. How your photo is processed

Generation is performed by a third-party AI image model (currently Alibaba Cloud Model Studio / Wan, or ByteDance Seedream via ModelArk). The photo is transmitted for the duration of the request only and is subject to the provider's data handling terms. Generated sheets are stored in Supabase (hosted in Singapore) under your account.

4. Your rights

You can delete any generated sheet from the "My stickers" page at any time. To delete your whole account and all associated data, email us and we will do so within 7 days. You may also request a copy of the data we hold about you.

5. Retention

Generated sheets are kept until you delete them or your account is deleted. Payment records are kept as long as required by Singapore accounting law.

6. Children

The service is not directed at children under 13. Parents may upload photos of their own children; by doing so you confirm you are the parent or guardian.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version. Material changes will be announced on the site.
