CoolSticker AI turns one photo into a sheet of sticker-ready faces, then prints them on waterproof vinyl and posts them to you. This page explains how it works, what you get, and what we do with your photo — the long version of everything we promise on the homepage.
What CoolSticker AI is
We are a small sticker studio in Singapore. In 2026 we started using image models to do the part that used to take an illustrator a week — drawing the same person twelve times in twelve silly situations — so that anyone can have a personal sticker pack for the price of a coffee.
Every pack starts with a single photo. You pick a style (a dozen ridiculous hats, nine classic meme reactions, your pet in nine moods, or your pet as a chibi cartoon), upload the photo, and about a minute later you see a full sheet of you. Making the sheet is free. If you like it, you can order it as real stickers or unlock a clean high-resolution digital copy.
How one photo becomes a sticker sheet
1. Upload. Your photo is resized on your phone or computer before it leaves the device, so we never receive the original full-size file. A front-facing shot in even light works best; more on that below.
2. Generation. We send the resized photo once to an image model together with a prompt that describes the whole grid — every cell, every hat or expression, and instructions to keep your face, hairstyle and accessories unchanged. The model returns one large image containing all the cells at once, which is why the same person stays consistent across the sheet.
3. Cut-out. The sheet is generated on a green background. In your browser we key the green out, trace the outline of each face and add the white sticker border. Nothing is uploaded again during this step.
4. Preview. You see every sticker cut out, can share the watermarked 512px versions to WhatsApp or Telegram straight away, and decide whether you want the real thing.
What you get for free
One sheet as a guest, no account needed. Once you sign in, 2 sheets a day. Free downloads are 512px previews with a small coolstickerlab.com watermark so that the artwork is not simply lifted and printed elsewhere. If the result is not good — a hat missing, the face not quite you — generate again; each new photo or option combination is a fresh attempt, and repeating an identical request returns the cached result without using your allowance.
The printed stickers
Printed sheets are where the artwork actually shines. Each sheet is printed clean, at full resolution and without any watermark, on a matte-finish waterproof vinyl with a protective laminate. The laminate is what makes them survive water bottles, dishwashers, laptop bags and Singapore humidity without fading or peeling at the corners.
The sheet is kiss-cut: the blade cuts through the vinyl around each sticker's outline but not through the backing paper, so the sheet arrives in one piece and you peel stickers off one at a time. The adhesive is removable-grade — strong enough to stay on for years, gentle enough to peel off a laptop lid without leaving residue or lifting the paint.
Three sizes, measured per sticker:
Small — 3 × 4 cm, S$9.90 per sheet. Best for phone / laptop.
Medium — 5 × 6 cm, S$12.90 per sheet. Best for notebook / bottle.
Large — 7 × 8 cm, S$15.90 per sheet. Best for luggage / wall.
Every sheet contains the full set of designs from your pack (twelve or nine). Order two sheets of any size and the third is free — handy for gifting one to whoever is in the photo.
Digital HD download
If you only want the files — for printing at home, for a custom mug, or as Telegram stickers without the watermark — you can unlock a sheet for S$3.90. You then download every sticker at 1024px as transparent PNGs, plus the full sheet. A paid print order unlocks the same HD download automatically.
Shipping
Sheets are printed and cut in our Singapore studio within 1–2 business days of your order. Within Singapore, shipping is free and takes 3–7 business days by tracked mail. Internationally we charge a flat S$7.90 and delivery takes 7–21 days depending on the destination. You enter your address at checkout (handled by Stripe) and receive an email when the order is paid and again when it ships.
Photo tips that make a difference
Face the camera. The model keeps what it can see. A three-quarter or profile shot gives it less to work with and the stickers drift away from you.
Even light, no hard shadows. Window light or a bright room. Strong side light or a sunset glow gets baked into every cell.
One person, nothing in front of the face. Sunglasses, masks and hands hide the features that make the sticker recognisable. Ordinary glasses are fine — they will appear in every cell.
Hair matters more than clothes. Hairstyle, fringe and hair colour are the strongest identity cues after the face itself; wear your hair the way you usually do.
For pets: head towards the camera, whole head in frame, and try to catch them in a neutral expression — the pack adds the moods.
Your photo and your privacy
The photo is used once, to generate your sheet, and is not used to train any model. Finished sheets are stored in your private account so you can download them again; you can delete any of them at any time from My stickers, and deleting removes the file from our storage. You must own the rights to the photo you upload — your own face, your own pet, or a friend who has agreed. We do not generate stickers of public figures or of anyone who has not consented.
