1. The service

CoolSticker AI generates sticker sheets from photos you upload using AI image models. Results are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate, distorted or unsuitable; we do not guarantee any particular outcome.

2. Your content

You must own, or have permission to use, every photo you upload, and you must not upload photos of other people without their consent. Do not upload unlawful, hateful, sexual or otherwise abusive content. You keep all rights to your photos and to the stickers generated from them; you grant us only the limited licence needed to process and store them for you.

3. Free generation and downloads

Generating sticker sheets is free: one sheet without an account and a limited number per day (currently 2 per rolling 24 hours) for signed-in users. We may change these limits at any time. Downloads are reduced-resolution previews carrying a coolstickerlab.com watermark and are for personal, non-commercial use. The full-resolution, watermark-free artwork is used only to fulfil printed sticker orders.

4. Printed stickers, payment and refunds

Printed sticker sheets are sold per sheet at the prices shown at checkout, charged via Stripe in Singapore dollars, plus shipping where stated. Because every sheet is custom-printed from your own image, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once printing has started. If your stickers arrive damaged, misprinted or do not arrive, contact us within 30 days of the order and we will reprint or refund. We are not responsible for the quality of the source photo you upload or for how the AI interprets it; please review your sheet before ordering.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to impersonate others, create misleading content about real people, or in any way that violates applicable law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the free allowance, use automation, or breach these terms.

6. Availability

The service is provided "as is". We may change, suspend or discontinue it at any time. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
