1. The service

CoolSticker AI generates sticker sheets from photos you upload using AI image models. Results are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate, distorted or unsuitable; we do not guarantee any particular outcome.

2. Your content

You must own, or have permission to use, every photo you upload, and you must not upload photos of other people without their consent. Do not upload unlawful, hateful, sexual or otherwise abusive content. You keep all rights to your photos and to the stickers generated from them; you grant us only the limited licence needed to process and store them for you.

3. Credits and payment

New accounts may receive a free credit. Additional credits are sold in packs (currently S$4.90 for 20 generations), charged once via Stripe in Singapore dollars. Credits never expire, are tied to your account and are not transferable. One credit is consumed per successful generation; failed generations are not charged. Any purchase removes the watermark from your downloads.

4. Refunds

Because AI generation costs are incurred immediately, credit packs are non-refundable once any credit from the pack has been used. If you have not used any credits from a pack, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. If the service fails repeatedly for technical reasons on our side, we will refund the affected credits.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to impersonate others, create misleading content about real people, or in any way that violates applicable law. We may suspend accounts that abuse free credits, use automation, or breach these terms.

6. Availability

The service is provided "as is". We may change, suspend or discontinue it at any time. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
