Packaging stickers for a home business in Singapore: labels, thank-you stickers and QR codes

How bakers, candle makers and Carousell sellers use small-run vinyl stickers for packaging — logo labels, thank-you seals, ingredient labels and QR stickers that link to your shop.

If you sell cookies, candles, kombucha or crochet from home, packaging is most of your branding. A sticker is the cheapest way to make a plain box look like it came from a shop. Here is how small Singapore sellers actually use them, and how to print short runs without a 500-piece minimum.

The four stickers every home business uses

Logo or name label. Your name, in your font and colour, on every box. On CoolSticker the monogram tool makes a sheet of initial or name stickers in minutes; the packaging labels tool lays out your logo as a sheet.

Thank-you seal. A round sticker that closes the tissue paper or the bag. Customers photograph these; it is free marketing.

Ingredient / care label. Required for food and useful for candles and soap. Print the text small and clear — and on vinyl, because it will be touched with oily fingers.

QR sticker. A code that opens your Instagram, order form or Google review page. QR stickers generates a sheet from any link, no design needed.

Why vinyl for packaging

Bakery boxes get condensation. Candle jars get wax. Kombucha bottles live in a fridge. Paper labels on any of these are illegible by the time the customer gets home. A laminated vinyl sticker survives all of it and looks the same on day thirty as on day one. See vinyl vs paper for the details.

Short runs without minimums

Commercial printers want 500 pieces. A home business doing twenty orders a week needs twenty-ish stickers of each kind, and the design changes every season. Printing a sheet at a time — 12 stickers for S$9.90, 3 sheets for the price of 2 — means you can test a design on this week's orders and change it next week. Upload your own artwork with the custom sheet tool.

Sizes that work

  • 3×4 cm: ingredient labels, small jar lids, bag seals.
  • 5×6 cm: logo label on a box front, thank-you seal.
  • 7×8 cm: a shipping-box label or a large jar front.

A note on removable adhesive

Our adhesive is removable: it holds for years but peels cleanly. For packaging that is usually what you want — a customer can re-use the jar — but if you need a tamper-evident seal, a removable sticker is not it.
